1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting content, or participating in collaborative discussions on pioneerplum.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

2. Purpose of Pioneer Plum

Pioneer Plum is a collaborative innovation platform for creators, builders, software engineers, and early adopters to propose tech product concepts, deliberate on features, assemble builder squads, and receive marketing support to reach real users.

Product concepts and landing pages hosted on or linked from Pioneer Plum represent early-stage explorations and prototypes. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as an offering of finalized commercial software unless expressly specified.

3. Idea Submissions & Intellectual Property

Your Ownership: You retain full title, ownership, and all intellectual property rights in and to the original text, ideas, mockups, and concepts that you submit to Pioneer Plum.

License to Pioneer Plum: By posting ideas, feedback, or comments publicly on the Platform, you grant Pioneer Plum an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, publicly display, categorize, and feature your submission on the Platform and related promotional materials.

Public Exposure Notice: Because Pioneer Plum is built on transparent collaboration, publicly submitted ideas can be viewed and evaluated by community members. If your invention requires patent confidentiality or non-disclosure protection, do not post it publicly without appropriate prior counsel.

4. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

Users of Pioneer Plum agree that they will not:

• Submit misleading, fraudulent, or impersonated company profiles or trademarks.
• Deploy automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to manipulate upvotes, ratings, or comment sections.
• Post malicious code, phishing links, or unauthorized software exploits.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, defamation, or spamming of fellow creators.

5. Early Concepts & Waitlists

Pioneer Plum showcases early-stage concepts and interest waitlists. Joining a waitlist, submitting an email, or clicking an exploration link represents an expression of interest. It does not establish a commercial purchase agreement or guarantee software delivery timelines.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all associated content are provided strictly "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted under law, Pioneer Plum disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall Pioneer Plum, its founders, operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the platform.
